At Seraphic Strands, we are committed to delivering premium quality and an unforgettable experience. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we uphold strict policies to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and luxury.

All Sales Are Final

For sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been processed.

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, with photo or video proof provided and brief description pertaining to the issue. Approved cases may receive a replacement.

Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for worn, installed, cut, colored, or altered products, including lace that has been cut, or sale items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations are not permitted.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first before filing a dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in restriction from future purchases.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended—but excellence is always worth the wait.

Shipping Time

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier and or weekends and holidays.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Seraphic Strands is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and select a secure delivery location.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If incorrect information is provided and your package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend your order.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your package arrives safely.
